Team store questions
- How does an online team store work?
- We build a private store page stocked with the items you approve, branded to your team. You share the link, and each member orders and pays for their own size, name and number. The store closes on a date you choose, then everything is produced together in one run.
- Does the coordinator have to collect sizes and money?
- No — that is the whole point. Every player or parent checks out individually with their own card and picks their own size. You never handle a spreadsheet of sizes or anyone else’s payment.
- What does it cost to set up a team store?
- There is no setup fee for the store itself. You only pay for the gear that is ordered. We agree on the item prices up front, and those are what your members see.
- Can we add player names and numbers?
- Yes. You choose which items offer them, and members enter their own. Names and numbers are $6.00 for a name, $5.00 for a back number and $4.00 for a front number per garment, in six athletic fonts and twelve colors.
- What is a player pack?
- A player pack is a single fixed-price bundle — for example a jersey, practice tee and cap — where the buyer picks a size for each item in the pack. You set one price for the whole bundle and decide whether names and numbers are included.
- How do members get their gear?
- Each member chooses free local pickup in Placerville or paid shipping to their own address at checkout, so you can run a store for a team that is spread out. Everything is produced after the store closes.
- How long does a team store take?
- Production begins after the store closes, and standard turnaround is 10–14 business days from there. Plan your close date at least three weeks before you need the gear, and earlier for large rosters.
