How much does custom apparel cost?
Short answer: a custom printed tee starts at about $11 each at 24 pieces — roughly $3.30 for the garment and $7.75 for a full-front print. Team jerseys with a name and number run about $20 per jersey in decoration plus the garment. There are no setup fees and no minimum order, and per-piece pricing drops at 12, 24, 50, 100 and 250 pieces.
Your total is always two things added together: the garment you pick from the catalog, plus the decoration you put on it. Below are our actual decoration prices, so you can work out a realistic budget before you talk to anyone.

Embroidery, per garment
For a typical 8,000-stitch left-chest logo. Caps add $2.00. New logos carry a one-time $50 digitizing fee.

What else affects the price
- • The garment — the biggest single variable. A basic tee and a premium performance jersey can differ by 5×.
- • Print size — priced in bands from 2.5" up to 19".
- • Number of locations — each additional location adds $1.50 per garment plus that print’s price.
- • Rush — under 7 business days adds 25%.
- • Shipping — free ground over $250 of merchandise; free local pickup in Placerville.

- A basic custom printed tee starts at about $11 each at 24 pieces — roughly $3.30 for the garment and $7.75 for a full-front DTF print including the press fee. That per-piece cost falls as quantity rises, reaching about $9.30 at 100 pieces and $8.55 at 250. There are no setup fees and no minimum order.
- How much do custom team jerseys cost?
- Budget roughly $20 per jersey in decoration for a full-front print with a player name and back number at typical team quantities, plus the jersey itself. The decoration breaks down as $9.00 for the print at 12–23 pieces, $6.00 for the name and $5.00 for the number. Choosing a performance jersey rather than a basic tee is usually what moves the total most.
- Why is there a price break at 12, 24, 50, 100 and 250?
- Those are the quantity tiers in our pricing. Setup work — pressing, handling, machine time — is spread across more pieces as the run grows, so the per-piece cost drops at each threshold. If you are close to a tier, it is often cheaper per piece to order up to it.
- Do you charge setup or screen fees?
- Not for DTF printing — there are no setup, screen or color charges, which is why small full-color runs are affordable. Embroidery has a one-time $50 digitizing fee per logo, paid the first time we run that design and never again on reorders.
- What makes the price go up?
- Four things, in rough order of impact: the garment you choose, the size of the print, how many locations you decorate, and quantity. Names and numbers add $6.00 for a name, $5.00 for a back number and $4.00 for a front number per garment. Rush production in under 7 business days adds 25%.
- Is there a minimum order?
- No. You can order a single piece with DTF printing. Per-piece pricing improves at 12, 24, 50, 100 and 250 pieces, but nothing stops you ordering one.
- What about shipping?
- Ground shipping is free on orders over $250 of merchandise. Below that you pay the live carrier rate, shown before you pay. Local pickup in Placerville is always free.
