Embroidery

Custom embroidery with a premium finish

Embroidery is the polished, professional way to brand caps, polos, jackets, and bags. We digitize your logo in-house — converting it to a precise stitch file — then sew it directly into the garment for a textured, durable finish that looks sharp for years.

Why embroidery

Great for

Corporate and staff uniforms, golf and team polos, coaches' gear, headwear, and any piece where a refined, long-lasting logo makes the impression.

Embroidery questions

How much does embroidery cost?
Embroidery is priced by stitch count and quantity, on top of the garment. A typical 8,000-stitch left-chest logo is $9.50 per piece at 12–23 pieces, $7.75 at 24–71, and $5.50 at 144+. Caps add $2.00 per piece.
What is the digitizing fee?
Digitizing converts your logo into a stitch file the embroidery machine can read. It is a one-time $50 fee per design — you pay it the first time we run that logo and never again on reorders.
Is there a minimum order for embroidery?
No minimum quantity, though per-piece pricing improves at 12, 24, 72 and 144 pieces. Because of the one-time digitizing fee, very small first orders carry more cost per piece than reorders do.
Does my logo need to be vector art?
It helps but is not required. Clean vector art digitizes best, but we can work from a good-quality raster image. Very fine detail and small text often need simplifying, since thread cannot hold the same detail as a print.
Should I choose embroidery or DTF printing?
Choose embroidery for a premium textured finish that will not wear off — polos, caps, jackets, bags and staff uniforms. Choose DTF for full-color, photographic or highly detailed designs, for soft lightweight prints on tees and performance wear, and when you want the lowest cost at small quantities.
How long does an embroidery order take?
Standard turnaround is 10–14 business days from approval and payment, including digitizing for new logos. Rush production under 7 business days is available for a 25% surcharge.

Also offer DTF printing and online team stores. See how ordering works or read the full FAQ.
