DTF Transfers
Full-color DTF printing, no minimums
DTF (direct-to-film) is the most versatile way to put a full-color design on apparel. We print your artwork onto film, then heat-press it onto virtually any garment — cotton, polyester, blends, light or dark. The result is photo-real detail with a soft hand that holds up wash after wash, with no order minimums.
Why DTF
- • Full color, photo-real: gradients, fine detail, and unlimited colors at one price.
- • Any fabric: cotton, poly, tri-blends, performance wear, bags, and more.
- • No minimums: order one piece or a thousand.
- • Soft & durable: a light, flexible print that survives repeated washing.
Great for
Team and spirit wear, event and tournament shirts, business and staff uniforms, fundraisers, and small custom runs where vibrant, detailed prints matter.
Art & file tips
For the sharpest results, send a high-resolution PNG with a transparent background, an SVG, or a print-ready PDF. Our design studio lets you upload your art, place it on a real garment, and preview the exact size before you order — and if your file needs cleanup, our team can help.
DTF printing questions
- How much does DTF printing cost?
- Decoration is priced by print size and quantity, on top of the garment. A full-front print (up to 10 inches) is $7.75 per shirt at 24 pieces including the press fee, dropping to $6.00 at 100+ and $5.25 at 250+. A small left-chest print is $4.75 per shirt at 24 pieces. There are no screen or setup fees.
- Is there a minimum order for DTF?
- No. You can order a single piece. Per-piece pricing drops at 12, 24, 50, 100 and 250 pieces, but there is no minimum quantity to place an order.
- What fabrics can DTF be printed on?
- Almost anything — 100% cotton, polyester, cotton/poly blends, tri-blends, performance and moisture-wicking fabrics, fleece, canvas bags and more, in light or dark colors. That versatility is the main reason we lead with DTF.
- How durable is a DTF print?
- A properly pressed DTF transfer stays flexible and bonded to the fabric and holds up wash after wash. Wash inside out in cold water, tumble dry low or hang dry, and do not iron directly on the print.
- How long does a DTF order take?
- Standard turnaround is 10–14 business days from design approval and payment. Rush production in under 7 business days is available for a 25% surcharge, subject to schedule and blank availability.
- Is DTF better than screen printing?
- For full-color designs and short to medium runs, usually yes — DTF has no screen setup charges, no minimum, and unlimited colors at one price, so a 24-piece full-color job costs far less than it would with screens. For very large single-color runs, traditional screen printing can still be cheaper per piece.
